Company Doctor Program
We’re making healthcare accessible
“Sustainability” also extends to physical, mental, and social well-being. That’s why every team member at Arenas Del Mar has access to free general medicine consultations with a company doctor in nearby Quepos. We also provide psychological services for team members and their families, helping ensure support is available when it’s needed most.
Supporting our team goes beyond healthcare. Arenas Del Mar provides daily transportation and three meals a day, helping make life easier for the people who care for our guests, our community, and the surrounding rainforest.
