1.All rates are per room, per night and do not include government taxes (13%).
2.The rate for additional person and children (6 years and older) is based on two adults in room or suite and 4 adults in apartment sharing the room with the additional perso! n or child.
3.Cancellation Policy: all reservations must be paid in advance unless other conditions specified. We accept cancellations up to 30 days before arrival(60 days in holiday season) without any penalty; after that no show charges may apply.
